Well, good morning my friends! From the photo & quote above you can see where my head is this lovely naked morning. No lectures here at this time, just a major reminder that you will find that if you take the time.... say 15 minutes each morning to let yourself sit quietly somewhere and just focus on exactly what you are doing at that very moment. Then take that ability with you throughout the day. Be mindful of what you are doing, relish it. It might be just washing the dishes or eating your lunch or even sucking on Da Dick. Every moment counts! Do not loose any of them.
