Friday at work.. bad!

           And the top o' the morning' to you all!   I've got my morning coffee here and a nice bowl of fresh fruit and yoghurt to munch on.  Yesterday at work was really bad.  Things just got out of hand.  I did something I have never done before...... I hung up on a rude client!  Now, when you are working in any service industry, that is a major no no! I don't know what got in to me.  Mostly it is really cool working with high end famous people.... but shit!  I just had it with this one!  Remember, I am the manager of the place and should have known better!   After that moment, I packed my shoulder bag and grabbed my bike and left for the day!

         My boss ( who has been a friend for years before I came to work for him) called me 4 or 5 times, but I just did not want to talk to anyone.  My first thought was to go sit on the beach and clear my head...but the stupid side of my brain wanted to have a good strong drink.  So, I biked over to a small bar and had way too many Vodkas while watching this totally cute young  tourist.   I was  ready to make my move and go see if he wanted to....... well, you know ......I followed him into the men's room and was at the urinal next to him..... when who should walk in but Bobby.  He could see I was a little waisted and drove me home, got me undressed and put me to bed. He could have fucked me crazy and I would have said nothing.  Instead he just rubbed my back until I fell asleep.  And I slept right through till this morning.  He left a note that just said...Call me in the morning.

       I think I need a few more cups of coffee before I call  to thank  him... old guys like me should not let themselves get in such a state!!!  And my boss?  I sent him an email letting him know I was taking today off and would see him on Monday.
