Good morning! I trust you had a lovely weekend. Mine was so low key... I loved it. I spent most of the day in my underpants lounging around the apartment listening to some wonderful music and just not thinking of anything important! Late in the afternoon I got into a cooking mood and made a very large pot of chicken chili and baked some corn bread.
Later Aldo and Max stopped by and brought a new "friend" for me to meet. Sometimes, with these two, I feel like I am their dad and they are looking for my approval of their latest pick-up. I gave this new one a resounding thumbs up! He was so funny and at ease. I am sure that he had been told about me and my situation with Aldo and Max. And he was very ok with that. He even got down to his undies just like he was asked to. So we sat and ate almost all the chili I made, before they decided the wanted to go dancing. I opted out and stayed home and thought about how lucky I am to have the life that I do!
